It actually does save me the peeling step on carrots sometimes, which is a nice bonus. The bristles are firm enough to get into potato eyes but it never feels harsh on my hands, and it stands up on its own so it dries well.

The bristles are stiff enough to really dig into potato skins without tearing them up, and the handle makes scrubbing carrots feel effortless. I've been using it every night for meal prep and haven't needed to peel a single radish since.

I was pleasantly surprised how well it scrubs carrots — the bristle design really gets into the ridges without needing to peel.
