Tiefer Teller BLOMSTER PLATE 240mm BLOOM

The 240mm size is perfect, my spaghetti actually stays piled up instead of sliding off. The rim is shallow enough that it feels elegant but still holds a generous portion of pasta. This has become my go-to bowl for everything from noodles to salads.

I’ve been using this deep plate for my farfalle and the wide rim keeps everything contained without splashing sauce everywhere. The 240mm size is perfect for a generous pasta portion without feeling crowded on the table.

I loaded these with linguine and clams, and the deep rim kept the sauce perfectly contained. The 240mm size really lets the pasta shine.
